AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF JERRY FINNEGAN OF
THE LAW FIRM OF FINNEGAN AND SULLIVAN AS SPECIAL COUNSEL ~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City participate with the surrounding
Southern Platte County Cities to retain Mr. Jerry Finnegan of
the law firm of Finnegan and Sullivan, as special counsel, to
represent the City at the Public Service Commission hearing on
April 17, 1978, regarding the proposed Missouri Cities Water Co.
rate increase, and that the City share the cost as prorated with
the participating Cities on an assessed valuation ratio, based
on the rate of $60.00 per hour.
