BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall be unlawful to discharge fire works except in the area east of Line Creek and South of Highway No. 9; Section 2. It shall be unlawful to discharge fireworks except from June 20 through July 5, and from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight C.S.T. Section 3. Provided, however, the Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to issue Display Permits to licensed commercial fire work display person(s). Any person violating this punished by fine up to FIVE HUNDRED imprisoned up to NIPIE'T3C (90) DAYS, imprisonment.
