ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE ZONING ORDER
RELATIVE TO CERTAIN PROCEDURAL CHANGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In Section 13.106A, line 2, a typographical
error is corrected to add the letter "t" so that the line
will read as follows:
"health, safety, morality, comfort, and general welfare,"
SECTION 2. Section 13.703 is amended in definition of
repair to read as follows:
"Any alterations, reconstruction or conversion of
a dwelling house of a cost less than $1,000.00".
SECTION 3. Section 13.711A is amended so that it reads
as follows:
"Shall hear and decide appeals from, and review any
order, requirement, decision or determination of the
Enforcement Officer. The Board of Zoning Adjustment
shall not hear any appeal from, nor review, any order,
determination, requirement, decision or revocation of
the Enforcement Officer where such order, determination
requirement, decision or revocation has been directed
by the Board of Aldermen. An appeal from any such
determination shall be made by any person aggrieved
directly to the Circuit Court."
SECTION 4. A typographical error in the first word of
line 8 is hereby corrected so that said line reads as follows:

definition No. 11, Building, so that the same shall read as
follows:
"Building - Any structure built for the support,
shelter, or enclosure of persons, animals, chattels,
or movable property of any kind, and includes any
structure."
SECTION 6. A typographical error is hereby corrected in
definition No. 66, Plot, so that the last sentence shall read
as follows:
"The boundaries of any plot for which a building
permit or certificate of occupancy is requested,
shall be accurately drawn on the application therefor."
