A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIRE RESCUE EQUIPMENT
FROM NORTH AMERICA FIRE EQUIPMENT COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Aldermen hereby authorizes the purchase of Holmatro rescue
equipment from North America Fire Equipment Company (NAFECO) in accordance with
the attached quotation dated March 3, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $28,580 .80; and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Fire Chief, and other
appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be
deemed necessary or convenient to effectuate the sale and conveyance of the
apparatus and to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute
and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and
other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, the 17th day of March 2026.
