FOR THE RIVERSIDE FIRE DEPARTMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: THAT the Board of Aldermen hereby approves the purchase of Motorola radio equipment from Commenco, Inc., including three (3) APX6000XE portable radios, one (1) APX4500 mobile radio, associated accessories, and programming services, as described in attached Quote No. 3528479 dated March 3, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $23,612.65, and the City Administrator and Fire Chief are hereby authorized to execute all documents and take such actions as are necessary to complete the purchase of the equipment described in this Resolution; and FURTHER THAT the Mayor, the City Administrator, the Fire Chief, and other appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to take any and all actions as may be deemed necessary or convenient to effectuate the sale and conveyance of the apparatus and to carry out and comply with the intent of this Resolution and to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the City all certificates, instruments, agreements and other documents, as may be necessary or convenient to perform all matters herein authorized.
