A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE LIQUOR LICENSE OF CHARLES STEWART AND

MILDRED STEWART AT THE CROSSROADS TAVERN ISSUED BY THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI:
WHEREAS, notice was served on Charles Stewart and Mildred Stewart
in accordance with law charging them with having ceased to be the person
actually engaged in the active control and management of the particular
establishment for which the license was issued and with discontinuing
or abandoning the licensed premises without satisfactorily explaining
same;
WHEREAS, both or either of these allegations are cause to revoke
a liquor license under Section 27 of Chapter 3 of the Ordinances of this
City; and
WHEREAS, upon hearing on the issues with Charles Stewart and
Mildred Stewart not present, DAniel Czamanske as Liquor Commissioner
present and the City being present through its attorney, Don Witt, the
Liquor Commissioner upon hearing the evidence did find that the allegations
in the notice were true;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI,THAT:
The liquor license of Charles Stewart and Mildred Stewart at the
Crossroads Tavern be and hereby is revo d,i
