AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DRIVING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN THE DRIVER HAS TEN-ONE HUNDREDTHS OF OPdE PERCENT OR MORE BY WEIGHT OF ALCOHOL IN HIS BLOOD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. No person shall drive a motor vehicle when the person has Ten-One Hundredths (10/100) of one percent (1$) or more by weight of alcohol in his blood. As used in this Section, pursuant by weight of alcohol in the blood shall be based upon grams of alcohol per one hundred (100) milliliters of blood and may be shown by chemical analysis of the person's blood, breath, saliva or urine. For the purposes of determining the alcoholic content of a person's blood under this Section, the test shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Sections 564.441, 564.442 and 564.444, Revised Statutes of Missouri 1969. Section 2. This ordinance shall be designated Section 19.923 of the Traffic Code of the City of Riverside, Missouri. Section 3.
