OF ORDINANCE NO. 34 OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, BY ADDING TO PARAGRAPH G THEREOF A TRACT OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED WHICH HERETOFORE HAS BEEN ZONED IN DISTRICT D BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. All necessary hearings and publications having been made as provided by law, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 34 of the City of Riverside is hereby amended by the addition to paragraph G of the following words and figures: "Also in District G shall be that tract of land which is at present in District D, described a:~ follows: All that part of lots 3, 4, and 5, and that part of of vacated parallel street, RENNER PLAZA NO. 5, a subdivision of land in the City of Riverside, Platte County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 3, thence on an azimuth of 282° 21' 52" along the northerly line of said Lot 3 and the southerly line of R.ENNER PLAZA NO. 1, a subdivision of land in Platte County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof, 160.57 feet, thence on an azimuth of 305° 44' 40" along the easterly line of said lots 3, 4, and 5, said REDINER PLAZA NO. 5, and the westerly line of said RENNER PLAZA tdO. 1, 241.09 feet, thence on an azimuth of 82° 27' 13", 326.46 feet to a point on the easterly line of West Riverside Drive, as now established, thence on an azimuth of 172° 27' 13" along said easterly right of way line 220.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acre more or less, subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
