ORDINANCE NO. ~3 -~~ ~°'~
AN ORDINANCE FIXINT THE SALARY OF ANY CITY POLICE JUDGE ELECTED
SUBSEQUENT TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE AND AMENDING
CODE SECTION 2.2 TO COMPLY WITH THE INTENT OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary of the City Police Judge shall
be in the amount of $200.00 per month. This ordinance shall be
applicable only to any City Police Judge which is elected subse-
quent to the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 2. Code Section 2.2 is amended as of the date of
the next city election by the addition of the words $200.00 next
to the salary of the Police Judge in Section 5 of the applicable
Code Section.
