claserooa presentations and talk to parents. Ths
presence of the Officer and getting to tenor the
students i• very helpful. The Officer did facilitate
in case of en eaargancy. Dr. Tate i• looking forward
to establishing this rsletionship here. Dr. Tate
thought the children should feel safe in school and

to have the school hers in the City snd felt it would

City had to take the only weahend open.

Discussion on Nigh A discussion was had on the bide for ieproveeent of
Drive Bids. Nigh Drive. St was brought out that Tran3ystesrs
first rscoeesnded Demon Purnell Construction because
theirs was the lowest bid. however. after aheohing the
figures, Aoee-Lan had the lowest bid and the Engineer
recoenendsd Ross-Lan.
Alderman Bssrd s~oved to award the bid on Nigh Drivs to
Damon Pureell Construction Coepany, even though it was
not the coat reasonable bid, seconded by Tetere, the
vote wse:
