REGULAR MEETING
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Tuesday, March 26, 2026
3:00 p.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the
Board of Aldermen Conference Room and via videoconference at 2950 NW Vivion
Road, Riverside, Missouri, on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kathy Rose called the special meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL
The City Clerk called the roll. In attendance were
aldermen Dawn Cockrell, Steve Palma, Jill Beck, Staci Bundy, and Robert Milner.
Also present were City Administrator Greg Mills, Community Development Director Mike
Duffy, and City Clerk Melissa McChesney.
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
BILL NO. 2026-024
Kolf Hiring
City Clerk Melissa McChesney gave the first reading of
Bill No. 2026-024, an ordinance authorizing the
employment of Mitchell Kolf as a full-time Finance
Director in the Finance Department and establishing a
salary and start date for such employee.
Alderman Milner moved to accept the first reading and
place Bill No. 2026-024 on second and final reading;
seconded by Alderman Palma.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy, Milner.
Motion carried: 5-0.
Alderman Milner moved to approve Bill No. 2026-024
and enact said bill as ordinance; seconded by Alderman Palma.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy, Milner.
Motion carried: 5-0.
RESOLUTION 2026-039
Alderman Beck moved to approve Resolution No. 2026-
City Administrator 039 approving the proposal of OMNI Resource
Recruitment Solutions for executive search services related to the
recruitment of a city administrator; seconded by Alderman Milner.

Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy, Milner.
Motion carried: 5-0.
MOTION TO ADJOURN Alderman Palma moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:10
p.m.; seconded by Alderman Cockrell.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Beck, Bundy, Milner.
Motion carried: 5-0.
