ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO AUTOMOBILES FROM BRENNER
OLDSMOBILE AND THE PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF $6,317.16.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The city does hereby purchase two Oldsmobiles
from Brenner Oldsmobile, Incorporated for the sum of $6,317.16.
Section 2. All action of city officials with regard to
this purchase are ratified.
Section 3. The mayor and treasurer are authorized to
execute checks in payment for said automobiles.
