AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE SECTION 5.2 REGARDING LICENSING OF
DOGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5.2 shall be changed to read as
as follows:
Section 1. Licensing. No person shall own, keep or harbor
any dog over twelve (12) weeks old within the city limits, unless
such dog is licensed as herein provided.
Section 2. The purpose of this ordinance is to allow
unlicensed dogs to exist in the city until they are three months
old.
Section 3. The ordinance shall otherwise remain in full
force and effect.
Section 4. The city clerk is hereby directed to make
the applicable changes in the City Code.
