ORDINANCE N0. ^~
AN ORDINANCE SETTING SALARY OF CITY CLERK AND REPEALING SECTION
2.6 AND 2.12 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: Section 2.6 and Section 2.12 are hereby
repealed and a new code section designated Section 2.6 is enacted
in lieu thereof.
Section 2: That the new provision of the code shall read
as follows:
Section 1. The City Clerk shall receive a monthly
compensation of One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00).
Section 2. In addition to the regular monthly salary
of the City Clerk, the Clerk shall receive
Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per day and ten
cents (10¢) per mile when subpoenaed or
directed to appear by the City's Attorney
in out of town court proceedings.
