AN ORDINANCE PROVIDIDIG FOR THE FILING OF THE PLAT OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS IT NOW EXISTS WITH THE
RECORDER OF DEEDS OF PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI, AND FURTHER
PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, WITH THE COUNTY
COURT OF PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby directed that the plat of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, as it now exists after the
extension of its boundaires shall be filed with the Recorder
of Deeds of Platte County, Missouri, and the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to file same and to execute all necessary
acknowledgments.
Section 2. It is hereby directed that the legal descrip-
tion of the boundaries of the City of Riverside as extended
shall be filed by the City Clerk with. the County Court of
Platte County, Missouri.
