BE IT ORDAIN~:D BY THE BOAi3D OF ALD~TRTIF~T Or' THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MI.~SGURI, .AS FOLIA'+5:
Section 1. That Ordinances Nos. 13, 35, 59, and 10l~. be and
they are hereby repealled and the following sections decreed
in lieu thereof::
Section 2. That stated meetings of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, shall be held on the first and
third Tuesdays of each month at the City Hall of the City of
Riverside, l~iis souri, located on the south side of 71 HigTzway,
west of Fata's. Said meetings shall be convened af~ 7:30 o'clock
p.m, and ~.djourned at 11:30 p.m.
Section 3. Special meetings of the Board of Aldermen may be
convened by the proclamation of the Mayor at any time upon one
dayts personal notice to the aldermen. The Board of Aldermen,
when duly convened at a special meeting shall have the same pofrers
to transact any and all business as at a regular meeting.
Section ~.. IIn~l.l further order of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, all sessions of the police
court of the City of Riverside, Missouri, shall be held at
said City Hall.
