AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES NOS. 13, 35, 59, and 104 AND
FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING STATED MEETINGS OF THE
BOARD OF ALT)ERMEN AT THE LOCATION AT WHICH THE POLICE COURT
AT THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSCURI, IS BEING HELD.
BE IT ORDAIN :D BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MI3SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinances Nos. 13, 35, 59, and 104 be and
they are hereby repealled and the following sections decreed in lieu thereof::
Section 2. That stated meetings of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, shall be held on the first and
third Tuesdays of each month at the City Hall of the City of
Riverside, Missouri, souri, located on the south side of 71 Highway,
west of Fata's. Said meetings shall be convened at 7:30 o'clock
p.m. and adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
Section 3. Special meetings of the Board of Aldermen may be
convened by the proclamation of the Mayor at any time upon one
day's personal notice to the aldermen. The Board of Aldermen,
when duly convened at a special meeting shall have the same powers
to transact any and all business as at a regular meeting.
Section 4. Until further order of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Riverside, Missouri, all sessions of the police
court of the City of Riverside, Missouri, shall bo held at said City Hall.
