BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERT~T~3d OF THE CITY Ob' RIVERSIDE,
MISSGURI, AS FnLLOi-JS:
Section 1. That hereafter no land within the limits of the
City of Riversid e, Missouri, shall be used for the
erection of an animal hospital, animal hostelries
or kennel, aryl no existing structure in the City
shall be used for such purpose, unless the same
shall be made and constructed entjr ely soundproof
and have adequate forced air circulation and
shall contain no outside pens or runways.
Section 2. That in the event structures in which existing
animal hospitals, animal hostelries or kennels
are now housed are desired to be expanded or
remodeled, the expanded portion or portion of
such structure to be remodeled shall be caused
to conform to the requirements enumerated in
Section 1 hereof for new structures for such
purpose.
Section 3. Violation of the terms of this m din ante shall be
punishable by a firms not to exceed One Hundred
(p100.00) Dollars, or ninety (90) days
imprisonment in the city jail, or in the county
jail if there be no c ity jail, or both such fine
and imprisonment.
