AN ORDNANCE REPLEALING ORDNANCE No. 29 AND PROVIDING THAT
CREDIT SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ALL SUMS PAID THEREUNDER FOR CURRENT
YEAR AGAINST ANY OTHER LICENSE FEE ASSESSED BY ORDINANCES OF
CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 29 is hereby expressly repealed.
Section 2. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall
have paid to the City of Riverside the fees provided for
in Ordinance No. 29 for the current year terminating
September 1, 1954, shall be credited by the City of Riverside
Missouri with the sum of such payment ajainst the amount due or
to become due prior to September 1, 1954, as a license fee to
the Citr of Riverside, Missouri under the provisions of ordinance
No. 139. No such fees shall be refundable in cash to any
such person, firm, or corporation.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective May 1, 1954.
