AN ORDINANC ROHIBITING VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER VEHICLES ON
BOULEVARDS IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI; ESTABLISHING AND DE-
SIGNATING BOULEVARDS IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. "~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, n~
PJIISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : C
Section 1. No vehicle other than those carrying passengers or
constructed to carry passengers (except such as are engaged in repairing
or constructing of parks, boulevards, streets, avenue or driveway s all
be allowed to enter upon any boulevard, provided that at the time of the
alleged violation there was posted on the boulevard signs indicating the
regulating in effect. Vehicles carrying goods, merchandise, or other
articles to or from any house or premises abutting upon any of such
boulevard shall be permitted to enter thereon at the cross street
nearest to said house or premises in the direction in which the same
are moving and deliver or receive such goods, merchandise or other
articles, but shall not proceed thereon farther than the nearest cross
street thereafter.
Section 2. The following streets in the City of Riverside, Missouri,
are hereby declared to be boulevards:
Woodland Road,
St. Joe Boulevard,
Hope Wellian Drive,
Osage Circle,
Valley Lane,
Pawnee Drive,

Cherokee Drive.
.~"~ Section ~. Any perso~f violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be subject to a fine of not more than One Eiundred Dollars ($100.00)
or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) dzys or both such fine
and imprisonment.
