BILL-~ ORDINANCE NO.~~ "~ -~ ', AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCE N0. 206-8 WHICH LEVIED A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS ON CERRITO LANE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVER- SIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Ordinance 206-8 which levied a special assessment for the grading, paving, curbing and guttering of Cerrito Lane is repealed. Section 2. The special tax bills authorized by this ordinance have not been served on the land owners and the improvements have been fully paid by the city. PASSED this ~~day of February, 1971.
