section 1. `The first sentence of Section 5 of Ordinance ilo.
253 oi: the City of ;ivcrside is ,zereby amended by the addition t'rlere-

and shall bE successively renewable for no more than one-quarter
o~ a year at a time."
Section 2. `The fee to be paid for such garage occupation
license shall be Seven Dollars (';7.00) per quarter of the calendar
year with no proration for any portion of such quarter.
Section 3. All oy~crators of licensed garages shall "recp the
premisr_s on which such business is located in a neat and orderly
condition and shall not permit the accumulation thereon of jurilc,

Section ~. ~,ny licensee who whall have abided by t'sl require-
ments o"F this ordinance and the other ordinances of the City of
riverside shall be entitled to have his ocoupation license renewed
from such quarter license period to quarter license period upon
malting application therefor and baying the fee herein prescribed.
T'.ny licensee who shall violate the terra: of thi:~ ordinance or other
ordinance=s of the City Of ~:iversidc may in the discretion of the
;oard of Aldermen be denied they renewal or said license.
