AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF RED X PLAZA, A SUBDIVISION
OF LAND IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVER-
SIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Board finds that a plat of Red X Plaza,
a proposed subdivision of land in Section 4 and Section 9,
Township 50, Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, has been
submitted for approval to the Board of Aldermen by Edward H.
Young, the owner of all the land in said proposed subdivision.
Section 2, The Board further finds that all of
said proposed subdivision lies within the limits of the City
of Riverside, Missouri, and that said plat conforms to the
zoning regulations of the City of Riverside.
Section 3. The Board does hereby approve the plat
as submitted and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
indorse such approval upon said plat and to impress thereon
the seal of the City of Riverside, Missouri.
