Ccction 1. It shall be unlawful :nor any person to be or
appear in any public place or place open to public view in a state
of nudity, or in any indecent or lewd dress or to make indecent
exposure or e:~hibition of his person for any reason, o-r to perform
any obscene or filthy act or any lewd, indecent, immoral or insult-
_~ng conduct, lanbua~e or behavior.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to promote,
manage or e~ihibit any motion picture, the viewing of which is
customarily restricted to an audience of over si>teen years of
age, so that it can be seen by persons under age si.~>teen cahile
such minors arc upon the public streets and highways in the City
linuts.
i7ection 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in
the publication, sale or exhi'aition of any obscene book, newspaper,
prlTlt or other pu'lication.
;.section 4. Grdinance number 269 of the City of Riverside,
P4issouri_ is hereby repealed.
section 5. Any person violating the terms or this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than One
~Iundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment in jail for not more
than ninety (90) days, or Loth such fine and imprisonment and
costs.
