IN RED X PLAZA, AN ADDITION IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, PLATTE COUNTY, MISSOURI. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Board finds that a petition has been filed with the City Clerk by Edward H. Young praying for the vacation of all of San Jacinto Ave., more particularly described as follows: All of said San Jacinto Ave. as it is shown on the plat of Red X Plaza, extending from the East line of Lot 43 of said Red X Plaza Addition to the West line of Red X Plaza Road, as dedicated in said Red X Plaza plat, recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Platte County, Missouri, in Plat Book 6 at Page 34. Section 2. The Board further finds that said petition was verified. Section 3, The Board finds that E. H. Young is the owner of all the property fronting or abutting on San Jacinto Ave., and that his consent to such proposed vacation has been by him filed with the City Clerk and that such consent has been acknowledged by affidavit. Section 4. The Board further finds that notice of the pendency of such petition and a public hearing to be held thereon by the Board of Aldermen on , 195 , was published in the Platte County Gazette, Parkville, Missouri, the nearest weekly newspaper printed and published in Platte County, Missouri, for two consecutive insertions in such newspaper, the last insertion being not more than one week nor less than two days prior to the date of such public hearing. Section 5. Said public hearing having been held, the Board of Aldermen find and decree that said San Jacinto Ave, has never been opened and used as a public street and said Board finds and decrees that it is necessary and expedient that said San Jacinto Ave. be and it hereby is vacated and discontinued, and that any and all easements or right of the public to the use of said street is forever terminated by this ordinance.
