An ordinance canvassing the returns of the Judges of the General
Election held on April 7, 1959, for City offices and declaring the
results thereof and providing for the issuance of certificates of
election.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Board of Aldermen does hereby canvass the returns
of the Judges of the general city election held on April 7, 1959,
for the City offices and finds and declares that on the face of the returns
of the said judges the results of the said general election to be as follows:

H. L. Harris - - 11 33
Sect:ion 2. That upon the face of the returns of the judges,
Charles McKeon was elected alderman of the First Ward; Winston Klamm,
alderman of the Second Ward; and Lester Swetnam of the Third Ward, and
each of them to serve for a term of two years or until their successors are
elected and qualified and they, accordingly to said returns are entitled
to certificates of election to be issued by the City Clcrk.
SECTION 3. That upon the face of said returns of the judges, the
City Clerk is hereby directed to issue certificates of election to
each of the above named successful candidates certifying their election
to their respective offices and for the terms above set forth.
