Be it ordained by the Board of Alderman of the City of Rive raid e, Missouri, as follows: SECTION 1. That upon the fAce of the returns of the judges, F. F. Filger, Sr. was elected to the office of Mayor, E. H. Young wen sleeted to the office of Alderman of Ward 1; Mra. Franc •a Clark, Alderwoman for Ward 2j Marvin Layton for Alde rnian of ward 3; Mra. Helen Brophy elected to the office as City Collector; David B. Swetnam elected to office of Police Court Judge; Vernon A. Davie a lected to the office of Marshal and each of them to serve for a term of two years o~r until their successors are elected and qualified and they, accordingly to said returns are entitled to certificates of election to be issued by the City Cler1A. Section 3. That upon the face of said returns of the judges, the City Clerk is hereby dire eted to issue certificates of election to each of the above named successful candidates certifying their election t© their respedtiva offices and for the terms above set forth.
