AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ,EIGHT DEEDS CONVEYING STRIPS OF LAND ABUT-
TING UPON HIGH DRIVE IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
WIDENING SAID HIGH DRIVE; AGREEING TO CONDITIONS IN EACH OF SAID
DEEDS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO RECORD SAID
DEEDS.
EE IT ORDAINED EY THE EOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
E~CTION 1. It is hereby decreed that certain warranty
deeds from Leslie R. and Carolina Renner, George Winston and Betty
Rose Brenn~~z~Peeler, Herman John and Iva Kla~aca, Ralph Charl~t and
Helen Eul~~ie 'Klan, Oliver Phillip and Dora Belle Klan, Fran&
Cecil and Frances Louisa E. De~Bow, Vernon Wilson and Della May
Hagler and Winston Robert and Ruby Mae Klamm, each conveying strips
of land abutting upon High Drive for street purposes, be accepted
by the City of Riverside.
SECTION 2 It is hereby decreed that the conditions con-
tained in said deeds as to acts to be performed by the City if and
when High Drive is widened by use of said tracts are acceptable.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authors zed and
instructed to cause each of said deeds to be filed in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds for Platte County, Missouri.
