AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STANDARD SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES F.
GOODA'!AN AND GRACE C, GOODMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND DIRECTING THE
CITY CLERK TO RECORD SAID EASEMENT IN THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
N[ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, It is deemed to be in the best interests of the
citizensens o~~ie City that the following described land be accepted
as a standard sewer easement from James F, Goodman and Grace C.
Goodman, husband and wife:
A strip of land 10 feet wide having 3,54 feet on the North
side and 6.46 feet on the South side of the center line of a
sanitary sewer as now located and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at Jumping Branch Interceptor Sewer Manhole
Station 5357,70 right-of-way acquisition plans 5 363.43
interceptor sewer construction plans which point bears North
17° 46' 25" East 114,21 feet from a point on the South line of
the North One-half (Nz) Northeast One-quarter (NEB,) Southwest
One-quarter (SW,~-~) Section 33, Township 51 North, Range 33 West,
which bears North 89° 19' 31" West a distance of 1012,83 feet
from the Southeast corner of said North One-half (N~) Northeast
One-quarter (NEB;) Southwest One-quarter (SW,-~) Section 33,
Thence North o'80 38' 3g" East a distance of 100 feet to the
center of Manhole No, 1 at Sewer Center Line Station 100 a point
which is 183,4 feet South of the North Line of the South One-
half (Sz) North One-half (N~) Northeast One-quarter (NE,-~) South-
west One-quarter (SW,,~-,~ said Section 33 and which bears North
890 19~ 31" West 84, 4 feet from the East Line of said South
One-half (S~) North One-half (NZ) Northeast One-quarter (NEB)
Southwest One-quarter (SW~,) Section 33,
Thence South 890 19~ 31" East parallel with and 183,4 feet
South of the North Line South One-half (Sz) North One-half (N2)
Northeast One-quarter (NEB) Southwest One-quarter (SW~-,) Section
33 a distance of 505,00 feet to the East terminus of said sewer
easement containing 0,14 Acres,
and such described land is hereby accepted by the City for such use.
Section 2, The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said
standar sewer easement to be recorded in the Recorder of Deeds
Office of Platte County, Missouri.
