AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ~6~ARD A, DORSEY, ACTING CITY ATTORNEY, TO
INSTITUTE SUITS ON UNPP.ID SEWER SERVICE CHARGES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
NIISSOURI, AS FOLLO'n15:
Section 1. hard A. Dorsey, Acting City P.ttorney, is hereby
authorize o institute suit or take other appropriate action in
the name of the City to effectuate the collection of past due
sewer service charges upon notification by the Mayor of such over-
due charges,
