AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE SEWER
DISTRICT KNOWN AS SEWER DISTRICT N0.15, CREATING NEW
SEWER DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: It is deemed to be ;~.ecessary for the preservation
of the health and the best interest of the citizens of the
City of Riverside, Missouri, that the boundary lines of
sewer district No. 15 be modified.
Section 2: The boundary lines of sewer district No. 15 shall
be in words and figures as set forth in Exhibit A which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Section 3: All prior ordinances in conflict herewith
including specifically Ordinance No. ~4:~_g~, are
expressly repealed.
Section 4: The boundaries of said sewer district shall
be depicted on a map of the city to be known as
Sewer District Map, to be kept on file with the city
clerk of said city.

SEWER DISTRICT N0. 15
CITY OF RIVERSIDE
Platte County, Missouri
Part Renner Plaza No. 5 and Part Renner Industrial Park, sub-
divisions of land in the South One-half (S 2) Section 4, Township 50 North,
Range 33 West, lying east of right-of-way reserved for Line Creek Improve-
ment (See U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers Levee Plans, Riverside Levee Dis-
trict) more particularly described within the following boundary line:
Beginning at a point on the east line of right-of-way occupied
by West Riverside Street, which point is more particularly described as
the southwest corner, Lot No. 3, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence southeast along the easterly line of West Riverside Road
right-of-way on an azimuth of 352° 27' 13" a distance of 181.69 feet to a
point on the westerly line of Lot 15, Renner Plaza No. 5, which is 300.22
feet south from the northwest corner, Lot No. 3, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence easterly on an azimuth of 262° 27' 13" a distance of 125
feet more or less to a point on the southwest line of vacated Parallel Street,
which is 10 feet more or less northwest along the northeast lot line from
the northeast corner of Lot 15, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence southeasterly along the southwest line of vacated Parallel
Street on an azimuth of 305° 44' 40" a distance of 90 feet more or less to
a point of angle on the northerly line of Lot 14, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence southeast continuing along the southwest line of vacated
Parallel Street on an azimuth of 322° 30' 30" a distance of 150.57 feet more
or less to a point on the southwest prolongation of the northwest line of
Lot No. 7, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence southwest on said southwest prolongation of the northwest
line of Lot No. 7, Renner Plaza No. 5 to a point on said southwest prolonga-
tion 250 feet measured on an azimuth of 52° 30' 30" from the northwest corner,
said Lot 7, Renner Plaza No. 5,

Thence southeast on an azimuth of 318° 30' 07" across the north-
easterly part of Lots 13, 12 and 11, Renner Plaza No. 5, a distance of 303.84
feet to a point on the west line of right-of-way now occupied by the River-
side Road access ramp to Interstate Route 635,
Thence southwesterly along said highway right-of-way on an azimuth
of 48° 47' 06" along said highway right-of-way 43.86 feet to a point of curve,
Thence southwesterly along said right-of-way line on a curve to
the left having a radius of 3,719.11 feet, an arc distance of 250.92 feet
to a point on the southerly line of Lot 19, Renner Plaza No. 5, said point
being 99.48 feet as measured along the southerly line of said Lot 19, on an
azimuth of 72° 18' S7" from the southeast corner of said Lot 19,
Thence continuing southwesterly along the northwesterly line of
right-of-way now occupied by the Riverside Road access ramp to Interstate
Route 635, a distance of 415 feet more or less to the point of intersection
with the northerly line of right-of-way now occupied by the new location of
Route No. 9 Highway, which point is 500 feet more or less north and 195 feet
more or less west of the South One-quarter (S'~) corner, Section 4, Town-
ship 50 North, Range 33 West, said point also being located northwest 80 feet
measured at right angles to ramp Center Line Station 412+00,
Thence westerly on a direct line to a point of angle in said high-
way north right-of-way line a distance of 485 feet more or less to a point
which is 175 feet northeasterly from, measured at right angles to Highway
No. 9 and access ramp Center Line Station 404+49.59, said point also being
the point of intersection of the easterly line of right-of-way reserved for
the Line Creek Flood Protection Plan of the U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers,
Thence in a northerly direction on a direct line east of Line
Creek a distance of 1,200 feet more or less to a point on the north line
of Lot No. 2, Renner Plaza No. 5,
Thence easterly along the north line of Lot 2, Renner Plaza No. 5,
a distance of 400 feet to the northeast corner, said Lot No. 2, Renner Plaza
No. 5,
Thence northeast across West Riverside Road a distance of 60 feet
to the point of beginning.

Part Renner Plaza Nos. 1 and 5 lying East of Kansas City's
72-Inch Interceptor Sewer Right-of-Way and West of the Missouri State
Highway's Right-of-Way for Riverside Street Access Ramp from I-635,
including Lots 14 to 23, inclusive, and Part Lot 24 Renner Plaza No. 1
and Part Lots 9, 11, and 19, West of Missouri State Highway Right-of-
Way for I-635 Access Ramp to Riverside Street, together with all Lots 1
to 8, inclusive, vacated parallel street, and Lots 12 to 18, inclusive,
Renner Plaza No. 5 - all of which is located in the Wz SEA SECTION 4,
Township 50 North, Range 30 West, in Platte County, Missouri, containing
570,525 square feet more or less.
