AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCE. N0.
343-35, CREATING SEWER DISTRICT 7, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE
N0. 343-36 CREATING SEWER DISTRICT N0. 8, AND RECREATING
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 5, BY RE-ENAC'T'ING ORDINANCE N0. 343-10. '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, bIISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
1. In order to achieve realistic and efficient sewer
planning and construction, the ordinances creating
sewer districts 7 and 8 are hereby repealed and the
sewer district disbanded.
2. No construction or sewer plans have been presented for
these sewer districts.
3. The A4ayor or City Clerk is hereby authorized to
implement the appropriate changes in the city's sewer
planning and make the appropriate changes on the city sewer ruip.
4. It is the finding of the city council that Ordinance
No. 343-10, creating sewer district No. 5, should be and
