Section 2. That the oonstruistiou oY said sewers after the completion oY the Interstate IIighwaya would b® prohibitively expensive whereas the same oau be built prior to the conatructi of the Interstate Highways in the rough, with the conssut oY th State 331ghway Commission. at a muoh ohsager price. Section 3. That the location of the building of said point district sewers and their district is designated as: :ewer Distriot Pfo. 4: I-635 Crossing Sewer District No. 5: I-635 Crossiag Sewer Distriot No. 6: I-635 Crossiag Section 4. That the building oY said sewers is deemed an emergenoy matter Yor the City and the City is acting pursuant to Section 58.838 and net pursuant to Seotion 88.834 and thEt the same are deemed to be aoint distriot sewers. Section 5. fihat the east of building said ~o1nt district sewers is apportioned I40~, to the munioipality and 0'~ to the sewer distriot is which the sewers are constructed. Section 6. That said sewers will be and are point distriot sewers Yor the use and benefit oY all the residents aY the City and eaoh and every act previously done with regard to this matter is hereby ratified and the sewers are deemed accepted by the City.
