ORDINANCE NO.+ ~'~~' ~~~ THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE SEWER DISTRICT N0. 11, CREATING NEW LINES AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: It is deemed to be necessary for the preservation of the health and the best interest of the citizens of the City of Riverside, Missouri, that the boundary lines of sewer district No. 11 be modified. Section 2: The boundary lines of sewer district No. 11 shall be in words and figures as set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. Section 3: A11 prior ordinances in conflict herewith, including specifically Ordinance No. ~g~,~~:;~g are expressly repealed. Section 4: The boundaries of said sewer district shall be depicted on a map of the city to be known as Sewer District Map, to be kept on file with the city clerk of said city. S. Army, Corps of Engineers Levee Plans, Riverside Levee District), Thence northerly across said Lot 1, Renner Plaza No. 5, and across the west part of Lot 10, Renner Plaza No. 1 along the east line of right-of- way reserved for Line Creek Improvement a distance of 350 feet more or less to a point on the north line of said Lot No. 10, Renner Plaza No. 1, which is 20 feet east of the northwest corner, said Lot No. 10, Thence easterly and southeasterly along the south right-of-way line of highway formerly designated as Highway 9 and 45, which line is the northerly line of Lots 10 to 17, inclusive, Renner Plaza Na. 1, to the northeast corner of said Lot 17, Thence northeast on a direct line across right-of-way now occupied by highways previously designated as No. 9,.45 and 71, a distance of 200 feet more or less to the place of beginning. - 3 -
