AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SEWER DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SEWER
DISTRICT N[JI~ER -~'~'^~-~- IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND PRESCRIBING
THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is deemed to be necessary for the preservation
of health and to the best interests of the citizens of the City of
Riverside that district sewers be established in said city.
Section 2. A sewer district to be known as Sewer District
Number is hereby established and the boundaries of said
district are in words and figures as set forth in "Exhibit A"
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Section 3. The boundaries of said sewer district shall be
depictedted aon~maip of the said city to be known as the Sewer Dis-
trict Map and to be kept on file with the City Clerk of the said
city.

RENNER PLAZA 2, DRIVE-IN AND RED X
Beginning at a point on the Easterly Line of right-of-way now oc-
cupied by Riverside Street which is 816.50 feet North measured from a
point on the South Line of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE's), Section 4,
Township 50 North, Range 33 West, which is 280.45 feet East of the South
One-Quarter (S'~) Corner, said Section 4, in the City of Riverside in
Platte County, Missouri,
Thence Northeasterly following the Easterly Line of right-of-way
now occupied by Riverside Street a distance of 632.09 feet to the North-
west Corner of Lot No. 27, Renner Plaza No. 2, which point is the inter-
section of the Easterly Right-of-Way Line for Riverside Street and the
Southerly Line of right-of-way now occupied by Missouri State Highway No. 71
Business Route,
Thence .Southeasterly following the Southerly Line of right-of-way now
occupied by Highway 71 Business Route along the Northerly Line of Lots 27 to
35, Inclusive, Renner Plaza No, 2, and the Southeast Prolongation thereof
a distance of 782.57 feet,
Thence South a distance of 343._68 feet,
Thence Northwest parallel with and 343.68 feet South of the Southerly
Line of right-of-way now occupied by Missouri State Highway 71 Business
Route a distance of 272.00 feet to a point on the North and South Center
Line of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE's), said Section 4,
Thence South along said North and South Center Line Southeast One-
Quarter (SEA) Section 4, a distance of 577.54 feet to the Southeast Cor-
ner Southwest One-Quarter (SW's), Southeast One-Quarter (SE's), said Sec-
tion 4,

which is 280.45 feet East of the South One-Quarter (S'~) Corner, said

Thence North parallel with and. 280.45 feet East of the West Line
of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE's), Section 4 a distance of 816.50 feet
to the point of Beginning.
The area embraced within the above boundary contains 1,058,440 square
