ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE ESTA LISHING A SEWER DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SEWER
DISTRICT NUMBER~~ IN THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND PRESCRIBING
THE BOUNDARIES REOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is deemed to be necessary for the preservation
of health and to the best interests of the citizens of the City of
Riverside that district sewers be established in said city.
Section 2. A sewer district to be known as Sewer District
Number is hereby established and the boundaries of said
district are in words and figures as set forth in "Exhibit A"
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Section 3. The boundaries of said sewer district shall be
depicted on a map of the said city to be known as the Sewer Dis-
trict Map and to be kept on file with the City Clerk of the said
city.

BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION FOR
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT N0. 15
Beginning at the Northwest Corner, Lot 10, Renner Plaza No. 1, a point
on the Easterly Line of right-of-way proposed for the improvement of Line
.Creek under plans prepared by the U. S. Corps of Engineers,
Thence South along said East Right-of-Way for Line Creek Improvement
which follows the West Line of said Lot 10, Renner Plaza No. 1, and the
Southerly Prolongation of said line to a point 180 feet South of the South-
west Corner, said Lot No. 10,
Thence East at right angles to the last described course a distance of
25 feet,
Thence Southerly along said Easterly Line of Right-of-Way for the Line
Creek Improvement which line runs Southerly from the last described point a
distance of 1120 feet more or less to a point on the Northerly Line of Right-
of-Way previously acquired by the Missouri State Highway Commission for the
Riverside Street Ramp from I-635 which point is 476 feet more or less North
of the South Line of Section 4 measured from a point 716 feet more or less West
of the South One-quarter (S'~) Corner, said Section 4, Township 50 North, Range
33 West,
Thence Northeasterly following the Northerly Line of Right-of-Way pre-
viously acquired by the Missouri State Highway Commission for Highway I-635
Access Ramp a distance of 650 feet more or less to a point on the Southeast
Prolongation of the Westerly Line of Riverside Street,
Thence Northerly along said Westerly Line of Riverside Street a distance
of 1335.21 feet more or less to the Northeast Corner of Lot 13, Renner Plaza
No. 1, a point on the South Line of Right-of-Way for Missouri State Highway 45
and 59 as now occupied,
Thence Northwesterly along the Northerly side of Lots 13, 12, 11, and 10,
Renner Plaza No. 1, a distance of 396.84 feet to the point of Beginning con-
taining 547,475 square feet and including the following tracts, Renner Plaza
