A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ADAM WILLIAMS TO THE PARK BOARD OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Park Board provides for the appointment of
seven (7) citizen members by the mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of Adam Williams, to
fill the vacant term previously held by Andrew Potter, for a four-year term which will
expire May 2030, or until a successor is duly appointed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen find it is in the best interest of the City to
approve and ratify such appointment as proposed by the Mayor.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Adam Williams, Ward II, 5013 NW Flintridge Road, Riverside, Missouri is
hereby appointed by the mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of
the Park Board to fulfill a four-year term expiring in May 2030, or until a successor is
duly appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Riverside, Missouri, the 5th day of May 2026.
