ORDINANCE N0. ~ `S ~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY WITH THE BANK OF RIVERSIDE FOR THE
DEPOSITING OF FUNDS OF THE CITY IN "TIME DEPOSITS" AND PRESCRIBING
THE TERMS AND FORM OF SUCH CONTRACT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is deemed to be to the best interest of the
City of Riverside that all funds of said city deposited in the
Bank of Riverside, other than in the demand deposit account, be
deposited in the form of "Time Deposit - Open Account".
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
_ execute on behalf of the City of Riverside a contract with the
Bank of Riverside, which contract shall be in words and figures
as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference.
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to attest the signa-
ture of the Mayor to said contract and affix the City Seal there-
unto.
