There is hereby cr ated in the Cit~7 of Riverside, ?`;issour the Office of Assistant City Clerk, whose duties s'nall be to Assist the Cit~* Clerk and to ~rve as Acting City Clerk when. deemed necessary by the T-.a•;~or. The Assistant City Clerk shall be a proper custedien of the 1~'~inute book oz meetings of th© board of Alde rtoen a r. c' also of the Ordinance book of t he ~it~~ of Riversid_, P~:issouri, when deemed necessary by the Pdayor.
