That upon the face of the returns of the judges, F. F. Filger, Sr. was elected to the office of Mayor, Ed Young was elected to the office of Alderman for the First t,Nard Mrs. Frances Cla rk was elected to the office of Alderman for the second Ward, 0. F. reach was elected to the office of Alderman for the Third Ward, Florence Gusewelle was elected to the office of City Collector, D. B. Swetnam was elected to the office of Police Judge, and Vernon Armor was elected to the office of marshal, and each of them to ~~ Bill No. Ordinance No. '~~ Page 2 serve for a term of two years or until their successors are elected and qualified and they according to said returns are entitled to certificates of election to be issued by the Acting City Clerk. Section 3. That upon the face of the returns of the judges Lowell Brenner was elected to the office of Alderman for the r`irst Ward, Roy Renner was elected to the office of Alderman for the Second Ward, and ~~illiam T. Scrivner was elected to the office of Alderman for the Third 'd^.tard, each of them to serve for a term of one year or u til their successors are elected and qualified, and they according to said returns are entitled to certificates of election to be issued by the Acting City Clerk. Section 4. The acting City Clerk is hereby directed to issue certificates of election to each of the above named successful candidates certifying their election to their respective offices and for the terms above set forth.
