AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OR ORDINANCE NO. 34 BY ADDING A
PARAGRAPH DESCRIBING DISTRICT L THERETO AND AMENDING PARAGRAPH
D OF SECTION 3 OR ORDINANCE NO. 34 OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE
BY ADDING THERETO THE DESCRIPTION OF AN ADDITIONAL ZONE TO BE
INCLUDED THEREIN; AND AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 34
BY THE ADDITION OF A PARAGRAPH THERETO PROVIDING THE USES THAT
CAN BE MADE OF DISTRICT L.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All necessary hearings and publications having been
had and made as provided by law, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 34
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a paragraph which
shall be in words and figures as follows:
"12th. District L is to be a special district in which
convalescent or rest homes may be operated."
Section 2. Paragraph D of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 34
of the City of Riverside is hereby amended by the addition thereto
of the description of an additional zone which shall be included
therein, which description shall be in words and figures as follows:
"Also a zone described as commencing at the South ' corner
of Section 33, Township 51, Range 33, thence North 386.26
to a point; thence East 350 feet to the point of beginning;
thence East 972.22 feet to a point 384.6 feet North of the
South line of said Section; thence North parallel to the
North and South center line of said Section 491.71 feet to
a point; thence West 904.8 feet to the Northeast corner of
school property; thence South 208.71 feet to the Southeast
corner of school property; thence West on South line of
school property 67.42 feet to a point 300 feet east of the
East line of Highway #71; thence South 283 feet to point
of beginning."
Section 3. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 34 is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a paragraph which shall be in words and
figures as follows:
"District L shall be used for the same purposes as District
A with the additional right to construct and operate threin
convalescent or rest homes."
