AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B OF SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 34
OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE BY ADDING THERETO THE DESCRIPTION OF AN
ADDITIONAL ZONE TO BE INCLUDED THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All necessary hearings and publications having been
had and made as provided by law, Paragraph B of Section 3 of Ordinance
No. 34 of the City of Riverside is hereby amended by the addition
thereto of the description of an additional zone which shall be
included therein, which description shall be in words and figures
as follows:
East and West side of Holmestead Road, beginning at a
point 473 feet East of the North 1/4 corner of
the Northeast 1/4, quarter of Section 4, Township
50 Range 33, Platte County, Missouri, at a true point
of beginning, thence South 312.5 feet; thence at right
angle East 78 feet; thence South 14 degrees, 105 minutes
East 185.5 feet; at right angle 403 feet; thence North
at right angle 264 feet; thence East 347.2 feet;
thence North four (4) degrees, 45 minutes, East 521.8
feet; thence West 635 feet to the true point of beginn-
ing.
