AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 16 OF THE
CITY OF RIVERSIDE BY REPEALING SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE
NUMBER 16 AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF PROVIDING
THAT THE JUDGES OF ELECTION IN THE CITY ELECTION SHALL PERFORM
ALL THE DUTIES OF BOTH THE JUDGES OF ELECTION AND CLERKS OF
ELECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance Number 16 is
hereby repealed and a new section is enacted in lieu thereof
to be in words and figures as follows:
Section 3. The Judges of Election shall
perform all the duties of both the Judges of
Election and Clerks of Election as prescribed in
the State Election laws.
