HomeMy WebLinkAbout1956-250 (Renumbered 18A1) Amending Ordinance No. 18 No More Than 7 Occupation Licenses For Sale of Malt Liquor More Than 4% Be Issued in License YearBILL NO. 251 ORDINANCE NO. 250 (Renumbered 18A1) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 16 OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE BY PROVIDING THAT NOT MORE THAN SEVEN OCCUPATION LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF MALT LIQUOR CONTAINING NOT MORE THAN 4 PERCENT OF ALCOHOL BY VOLUME SHALL BE ISSUED BY THE CITY IN ANY LICENSE YEAR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18 of the City of Riverside is hereby amended to read as follows: "There shall not be issued in any license year more than seven occupation licenses for the sale by the drink of malt liquor containinp, not more than 4. per cent of alcohol by volume.
