AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 26A1 of THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 26 OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION NO. 5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 26A1 of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, is hereby repealed and the following Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 26 is enacted in lieu thereof:
Upon approval of the application by the Mayor and at
least four (4) members of the Board of Aldermen the
applicant for said permit shall tender a fee as follows:
For the construction of residential buildings the
sum of $20.00 per unit; for the alteration or remodeling
of any residence where there is to be any change or ad-
dition to the roof, a fee of $5.00.
For construction, alteration or remodeling of any
business building a minimum fee of $25.00 for each
$1,000 of the cost of construction maximum of $500.00.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective
January 1, 1962.
