AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OP'RATION OF ANY VEHICLE
WITH LUGS ON ITS WHEELS ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby decreed to be unlawful for
any person to operate on the public streets in the City
of Riverside, Missouri, any vehicle which has lugs upon
its wheels.
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of
this ordinance shall be punishable by fine not to exceed
$100.00 or imprisonment in jail not to exceed ninety days
or both such fine and imprisonment and costs.
