HomeMy WebLinkAbout1952-47 Prohibiting Any Person from Being Drunk or Disorderly Conduct and Providing for Penalty for ViolationBILL NO. 47 ORDINANCE NO. 47 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM BEING DRUNK OR GUILTY OF DISORDERLY CONDUCT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It is hereby agreed to be unlawful for any person to become drunk or to so conduct themselves as to be disorderly within the limits of the City of Riverside. Section 2. Violation of the terms of this ordinance shall be punishable by fine not to exceed One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars or imprisonment in the city jail, or county jail if there be no city jail, not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and costs.
