It is hereby decreed to be unlawful for any person to interfere in any way or to ir,~pede any police officer of the City of Riverside in the discharge of such police officer's duties under the ordinances of the City of Riverside. Section 2. Violation of the terms of this ordinance shall be punishable by fine not to exceed One Hundred (`r~100.00) Dollars or imprisonment in the city jail, or county jail if there be no city jail, not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and costs.
