ORDINANCE N0. ~
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING VAGRANCY WITHIN T HE CITY LIMITS OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF TFL CITY OF RIVE SIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLL04VS :
Section 1. No person shall so conduct himself within the
city limits of the City of Riverside as to be a vagrant as
defined by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Section 2. Any person violating the terms of this
ordinance shall be subject to a f ine not to exceed One Hundred
0100.00) Dollars or imprisonment in the city jail, or in the
county jail if there be no city jail, not exceeding ninety (90)
days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and costs.
