AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A SCHEDULE OF COURT COSTS TO BE CHARGED
PERSONS FOUND GUILTY IN THE POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Any person found guilty in the police court
of the violation of any ordinance of the City of Riverside
shall in addition to whatever fine or imprisonment that may
be imposed by the police judge also be assessed with court
costs in the amount of Two ($2.00) Dollars plus One ($1.00)
Dollar for each continuance of said cause that was requested
by the defendant therein. Also there shall be assessed as
part of the costs an additional charge of Fifty Cents (50cn
in each case as payment for notary fees incurred in the
filing of the complaint.
