AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM DRIVING ANY
MOTOR VEHICLE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATING
LIQUORS OR DRUGS, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any
person to derive any motor vehicle within the city limits
of the City of Riverside while under the influence of
intoxicating liquors or drugs. -
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be subject to fine in an amount not to
exceed One Hundred Dollars of imprisonment in the city
jail, or county jail if there be no city jail, not to
exceed Whirty days or both such fine and imprisonment,
together with costs.
